I enjoy taking care of women’s health throughout their life journey from adolescence, to pregnancy and childbirth, through to menopause and beyond.

I have over 15 years experience in obstetrics and gynaecology, gained while working across several different hospitals and health networks, both in Australia and overseas. I trained at Peninsula health and Monash Health and received my fellowship from RANZCOG in 2013.

I have a public appointment at Monash Health both in obstetrics and gynaecology. I lead one of the obstetric teams at Dandenong hospital, with a particular focus on managing pregnant women with previous caesarean section, and women from diverse ethnic backgrounds. I do a weekly operating list for patients needing gynaecology surgeries. In addition to caring for women, I also train O&G registrars, and mentor medical students at Monash Health.

I strongly believe in involving my patients in the decision making about their health. I take the time to understand your individual needs in a relaxed environment, provide you evidence-based information, give treatment options suitable to your situation, with an aim to jointly come to a decision that works for you. I constantly strive to deliver the highest level of professional care with respect and compassion.

I limit the number of pregnant patients under my care at a time, which allows me to develop a relationship with my patients and families so that I can provide you with a personalised care. My role is to support you in the birth that you want to achieve, while ensuring that you and your baby are safe.

Having gone through it myself, I understand the range of emotions that a woman goes through during pregnancy and childbirth, and I will try my best to support you in every possible way.  I feel very privileged to be a part of this most precious, life changing moment in a couple’s life – the birth of a new baby, and I hope you will allow me to be a part of yours.
